What’s a CRS & Why Should You Use One? |

It’s important that your REALTOR® have the appropriate education,
expertise and professionalism and will care about your needs as much as
you do. That’s why you need to be working with a CRS
(the PhD of real estate).
Becoming a CRS is not an easy task, but it makes me more qualified to
meet your needs. That’s because as a CRS Designee, I have completed
advanced training in residential real estate and have a proven track
record of sales transactions required to earn the CRS Designation. And
like you, we are consummate professionals. Below is a quick profile of
what it means to be working with a CRS Designee. |
Experience
To earn the
Certified Residential Specialist
(CRS) Designation,
every REALTOR® must have significant experience and demonstrate volume
of real estate transactions or gross sales, as well as completed
rigorous educational requirements.
Ethics
Every CRS designee is required to maintain membership in the National
Association of Realtors® and to abide by its strict
Code of Ethics.
Advanced Training and Education
All designations must complete a series of advance educational classes
and curriculum that includes: Business Planning & Marketing, Wealth
Building, Managing Listings and Sales Transactions, etc.
Technology Expertise
The training for CRS designees includes a strong focus on technology and
its applications in the real estate business.
The Top 4 Percent
Less than 4 percent of all licensed Realtors® are Certified Residential
Specialists.
Median Income Much Higher*
The typical CRS designee earns an average income of $110,000 nearly
three times that of a Realtor® who is a
typical sales agent.
